We are looking for you to join our management team in Schwerin as Junior Manager Hospital (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Close cooperation with the hospital management and support with operational, conceptual and strategic tasks
• Through regular exchange with your colleagues, you will promote continuous further development
• Independent management of projects and areas of responsibility, you are allowed to shape and influence
• Preparation of decision papers, analyses, statistics, reports and presentations

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on economics, law or medicine
• Professional experience in healthcare or clinic management as well as extensive experience in project work and management, quality management and business planning
• A high degree of initiative, creativity and the proven ability to successfully solve complex problems
• You are able to convince both managers and employees on a professional and personal level
• Reliability, independence, hands-on mentality and service orientation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
