Responsible for advising line managers; preparation of decision papers on personnel issues and personnel measures to be implemented
Negotiation of conditions for recruitment, transfers, regrouping etc. as well as responsible initiation and handling of processes
Preparation and drafting of works council hearings for recruitment, transfers, redeployment, etc. as well as handling upstream and downstream processes
Support with demand-oriented personnel planning
Responsible collaboration and support in the creation of site/works council agreements and regulatory agreements as well as HR-relevant communications
Responsible for the operational and organizational handling and implementation of company integration management and absence interviews
Initiating the creation of HR-relevant documents (e.g. salary/bonus letters, fixed-term letters, confirmations of termination, parental leave/maternity leave, etc.)
Significant support for line managers and ensuring the process for disciplinary measures and employee appraisals
Completed commercial training with additional HR-specific qualification (HR specialist or comparable), alternatively completed studies
Sound professional experience in the operational HR environment
Good knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant HR information systems (Loga, SAP, Workday or similar)
Solid written and spoken English skills
Absolute reliability and trustworthiness
Precise and well-structured way of working, highly developed loyalty, ability to work in a team and high flexibility
