Proactive advice, guidance and support for managers and employees in all operational HR issues within the area of support
Advice on pay matters (classification and regrouping, pay scale jumps, salary increases)
Handling individual personnel measures (joining and leaving the company, transfers)
Preparing and conducting staff appraisals (e.g. BEM) as well as organizational changes and personnel adjustment measures
Trusting cooperation with the works council as well as with colleagues and CoEs within the Global HR Community
Collaboration in international HR projects and process optimizations as well as support in the implementation of strategic HR topics
Designing cross-divisional and project tasks - also taking into account the global context
Participation in the implementation of global HR annual processes (e.g. performance review) and the implementation of new HR tools
Completed studies in economics or social sciences with initial professional experience in HR - ideally in an international industrial company bound by collective agreements
Good knowledge of individual and collective labor law
Proactive and independent way of working
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
Ability to work openly and trustingly across all hierarchical levels
Enjoy innovative HR work and a passion for driving current topics forward
Fluency in German and English
