(Junior) Manager Controlling (m/f/d)
We are growing in the area of Strategic Finance & Controlling and are looking for you to join our Group Controlling team! In this exciting position, you will actively contribute to the financial management and strategic orientation of the entire Group. You will prepare decision-relevant financial information, support planning processes and get involved in a wide range of projects. You will help shape the financial future of our company!
Your tasks
You will support the team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the Group as a whole.
You will also be involved in Group planning processes such as quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, forecasts and multi-year planning.
You will also be involved in the Group's segment reporting.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining business management principles and guidelines and advising decentralized units in this regard.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the Group-wide SAP-based information system.
In addition, you will take on ad-hoc analyses as part of legal and management controlling, support the preparation and follow-up of Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings and participate in projects.
Your profile
Successfully completed Master's degree in economics with a focus on controlling or finance.
Initial practical experience in controlling at a global company, e.g. through internships, working student activities or initial professional experience, as well as experience in working on large projects.
Basic knowledge of IFRS.
Experienced with SAP (data maintenance, extraction and evaluation).
Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with a focus on Excel-based financial modeling, supplemented by experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) and database processing tools.
Strong communication skills in business fluent German and English, paired with a strong implementation mentality and ability to work in a team.
