Your challenge:

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for independently handling all ongoing HR administration tasks as well as monthly payroll. In detail, the following tasks arise:

• Supervision of the entire career of employees from joining to leaving (KV classification, contract drafting, transfers, supervision and processing of parental leave, part-time parental leave, termination of employment, preparation of references, etc.).
• Timely preparation of various employee notifications (partial pay, work and pay confirmations), various confirmations
• Maintaining personnel files
• Preparing documents for monthly payroll (wage type list, absences, basic data for vacation provisions and time credits, etc.) and checking payslips
• Close coordination and communication with the external payroll department (registrations/re-registrations/deregistrations)
• Support in the processing of labor law issues
• Preparation of evaluations, statistics and reports

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (at least Matura level), preferably also students about to complete their studies
• Professional experience in finance/treasury is an advantage
• Fluency in German, good knowledge of English
• Very good IT user skills, especially Excel
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand and optimize complex financial structures
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 2,956.17 (14x per year). Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
