Expert EFQM / Business Excellence (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• Implementation of all EFQM activities at VAMED-KMB to further develop the EFQM way at the highest level
• Preparation of the annual EFQM company report
• Planning and implementation of annual internal and external assessments to identify strengths and potentials
• Support for improvement and change projects derived from the assessments
• Customer feedback management (preparation and implementation of surveys, commissioning of institutes, analysis of survey results and derivation of measures)
• Supporting the implementation of strategy, including specifying the company's goals and target values
• Comprehensive interface work with various departments and management levels
• Intensive exchange with international organizations in order to integrate best practices and position our company globally

Your profile

• University degree in economics, business administration, quality management, industrial engineering or a related field
• Additional qualification in quality management or business excellence (e.g. EFQM assessor certification) or in quality management
• Several years of professional experience in quality management or corporate development, preferably in a strategic role
• Practical experience in working with the EFQM model and in conducting and evaluating assessments
• Analytical and conceptual skills for the holistic evaluation and further development of the company
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey results and measures convincingly
• Understanding of processes and a strategic mindset to drive the company's direction and development in a targeted manner
• Intercultural competence and English language skills as well as very good MS Office skills

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 4,345.88 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. Together with you, we will determine a customized agreement in personal discussions.
