HR Generalist

TASKS

• Contact person for employees and managers in all HR-relevant topics
• Accompanying and supporting our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
• Independent handling of administrative HR processes (contracts, recruiting, onboarding, etc.)
• Organizing and participating in personnel development and further training measures
• Support in HR marketing (career fairs, internal initiatives)
• Collaboration on strategic HR projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR
• Professional experience in a generalist HR role is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent oral and written German language skills
• Structured, independent and organized way of working
