• Leadership & management: Assumption of overall responsibility for the above-mentioned area
• Duty planning: Creation of shift and vacation plans
• Patient responsibility: Ensuring professional care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: cooperation with various professions
• Induction: Instruction of new employees, trainees and interns
• Public relations & further training: Participation in public relations work and training programs

• Identification: Strong focus on corporate goals and values
• Leadership skills: Experience in personnel management, conflict resolution and team coaching
• Professional & social skills: Expert knowledge combined with a high level of empathy and social sensitivity
• Communication: Confident demeanor, clear and interdisciplinary communication with patients, relatives and colleagues
• Flexibility & innovation: adaptability, high motivation, creative organizational skills
• Digital & IT-savvy: routine in dealing with IT systems and digital tools
