• Deputy management: You will support the management of the named areas
• Duty & vacation planning: You design duty and vacation plans
• efficiently
• Patient care: You are responsible for competent, expert care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work professionally with other professional groups
• Nursing management team: you are an active member of the HKBB nursing management team
• Public relations & further training: You actively participate in public relations work and design training and further training programs

• Nursing & leadership: Completed training in (pediatric) nursing with experience in leadership roles
• Company identification: You are committed to the goals and values of our organization
• Conflict management: You resolve conflicts confidently and constructively
• Professional & social competence: You impress with a high level of professional expertise and empathy
• Communication & collaboration: You communicate clearly and work effectively across disciplines
