• Practice organization & operational control: Ensuring smooth outpatient operations
• Coordination of specialist departments: Close cooperation with head physicians of various specialist disciplines (e.g. orthopaedics, haematology, oncology, cardiology) and coordination with the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians
• Staff management and team coordination
• Billing & administrative processes: Support with KV and private billing, auditing and optimization of billing processes
• Quality and hygiene management: maintenance and further development of QM systems, ensuring statutory hygiene and data protection standards
• Material & procurement management: Management of orders, equipment and inventory of the outpatient practice areas

• Completed training as an MFA, GKP or KPH (m/f/d), ideally with further training in practice management or health management
• Sound knowledge of KV and private billing, practice software and MS Office
• Organizational talent & leadership skills, paired with the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured way of working
