To strengthen our team in training and further education at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as a

Central Practice Supervisor (m/f/d)

Organization, takeover and implementation of practical guidance and practical support

Gradually introducing trainees, interns and FSJLs to the independent performance of professional tasks

Ensuring the connection with the Helios training center

Support and integration of international nursing staff

Preparation, implementation and participation in examinations

Responsible work with the opportunity for personal development

Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training or Bachelor of Nursing

Additional qualification as a practice supervisor with proof of annually completed training courses

Experience in the role of practice supervisor

Very good IT skills, in particular MS Excel

Strong communication skills, empathy and reliability

Legally required proof of measles protection
