At the Berlin-Buch site, we are looking for a Deputy Central Nursing Manager (m/f/d) - Geriatrics House 208 at the earliest possible date

• 𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁ü𝘁𝘇𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗭𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴 (𝗺/𝘄/𝗱): You are actively involved in operational processes
• 𝗣𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁:𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗻: You provide expert and empathetic care
• 𝗔𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴:𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗻: You accompany employees, trainees and interns
• 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁- 𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻: You help design practical learning opportunities
• 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴: You take on the tasks of the nursing manager (m/f/d) in your absence

• 𝗙ü𝗵𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗵𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴: You have already taken on management responsibility and are open to further management training
• 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘇: You have specialist knowledge, social strength and conflict resolution skills
• 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: You work in an interdisciplinary manner and communicate clearly and respectfully
• 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀ö𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗸𝗲𝗶𝘁: You have a confident manner, act empathetically and think organizationally
• 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: You regularly take part in further training and fulfill the measles certificate

• 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗴ü𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴: Collectively agreed pay and company pension scheme
