In your new role as Senior IT Manager / SAP S/4HANA, Security & Authorizations Lead (m/f/d) you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing and managing roles, including master, derived and composite roles. You will be maintaining business blueprint and design documents, role matrix within Security and GRC for the upcoming global SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Lead security workshops, review security design, and recommend best security practices
Design and implement Fiori roles for catalogues, groups, apps, and more
Design and maintain BI roles for queries, menus, and folders as well as BI analysis authorizations and custom user exits
Support the deployment of roles and authorizations as part of SAP S/4HANA rollout projects and work with the compliance team to ensure internal and external audit requirements are met
Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles and process incoming incidents and service requests
Prepare user manuals, train users and introduce technical changes into the environment
Create reports for stakeholders on the status of SAP authorization initiatives
Administer SAP GRC Access Control Suite of programs, including user provisioning, segregation of duty management, emergency access and role management
Coordinating with various teams for design and administration of security and GRC tasks
Serve as a team lead, guiding and mentoring team members throughout the migration and foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Integrate SAP security and GRC systems with other security tools and platforms to orchestrate end-end security process and improve interoperability
Serve as trusted technical advisor to internal and external partners in driving SAP S/4HANA discussions and implementation
Establish strong guidelines and processes and make sure all parties are adhering to the established processes and guidelines
At least 12 years of experience in SAP security and GRC with at least 3 years of experience in leading a sizeable team
At least 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA environment with participation in one full life cycle implementation, preferably large greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation
Proven experience in leading authorization projects within SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, role design and authorization management
Expertise in developing and implementing security strategies and roadmaps
Experience setting up SAP S/4HANA, Fiori roles in a multi-tier architecture
Experience in SAP GRC Access Controls Suite / Process Controls Suite
Experience with SAP GRC 12 and S/4HANA with strong focus in SAP security design, configuration and administration
Strong experience in implementation of mitigation controls for SOD violations and remediations
Multiple years of experience in SAP system audit and risk management
Good understanding in establishing single sign-on with corporate identity provider via BTP IAS
Self-starter and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills as well as fluent communication skills in English
