At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for a ward in the Urology and Dermatology departments of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden in full and part-time as a

Ward secretary (m/f/d)

• Support in the organization and coordination of ward procedures
  Patient reception and registration in the system, as well as administration of patient documents Organization of transports for discharge/transfer IT-supported administration and secretarial tasks, if necessary material management and ordering of the pharmacy Service recording, if necessary billing of outpatient services

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)

• Professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage Reliable knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package)
• Willingness for further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
