Station Secretary (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time ward secretary (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Contact person for occupancy management
• Answering phone calls and coordinating internal and external patient appointments
• Primary monitoring of the file flow process including preparation and sorting of incoming findings
• Proper and professional documentation
• Participation in admission, discharge and transition management
• Preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures as well as support in the follow-up of medical rounds

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have commitment, the ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various disciplines (an advantage) as well as good IT skills
• Good knowledge of practice organization, if possible across disciplines
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
