Ward secretary (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time ward secretary (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Contact person for occupancy management
• Answering telephone calls and coordinating internal and external patient appointments
• Primary monitoring of the file flow process incl. preparation and sorting of incoming findings
• Proper and professional documentation
• Assisting with admission, discharge and transfer management
• Preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures as well as support in the follow-up of medical visits

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You are committed, able to work in a team and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage) and good IT skills
• Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines
• You demonstrate a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
