At the Erfurt site, we are looking for you as Head of Advanced Training in Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for the management of specialist training in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine in accordance with DKG professional recommendations under the direction of the training center
• Planning, development and establishment of the specialist training program in the region
• You will work at least 75% of the time as head of advanced specialist training at the training center
• Responsibility for the technical and didactic design of teaching units, the design of practical lessons and the acceptance of performance assessments and examinations
• Ensuring the integration of school-based and practical training
• Active involvement in the implementation of future-oriented further education and training

• State-approved specialist training in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine and state-approved qualification as a practical instructor
• Ideally a successfully completed degree in nursing or medical education with a Master's degree
• A high level of professional and personnel competence as well as planning and organizational skills are desirable
• Confident manner, experience in dealing professionally with training participants and IT skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A permanent full-time position, with a working week of 38.5 hours
