Senior Physician Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine (m/f/d)

• Total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA)

• Real-time 3D echocardiography with online and offline
• Assessment with special software
• Fast track anesthesia with treatment in the recovery room
• Premedication outpatient clinic
• Pain therapy with PCA pump

• You are a specialist in anesthesiology (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience in the field of anesthesiology and surgical intensive care medicine

• You have at least two years of professional experience in cardioanesthesia and you have knowledge/ DGAI or EACVI certification in echocardiography (TEE or TTE)
• You work on your own initiative, coordinated in a team, on the introduction of new treatment methods and drive these forward successfully
• Your cooperative way of working combines humanity, quality awareness and economic thinking
• Participation in the on-call service is a prerequisite
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic for Cardiac Surgery Karlsruhe was founded in 1995 as a specialist cardiac surgery clinic and has 96 beds, including 24 intensive care and 16 intermediate care beds. The operating theater comprises 5 operating rooms, including a modern hybrid operating room for so-called TAVI (heart valve replacement therapy). With over 1800 operations a year, the clinic is one of the largest specialist cardiac surgery clinics in Germany.
