  • Case-related coding and support for all professional groups involved in coding

  • Close cooperation with patient management, checking and processing DTA requests
  • Participation and involvement in strategic and organizational process topics relating to medical controlling, including Helios Region South (the latter only as part of full-time work)

What you bring with you

  • You have completed training as a medical documentation assistant (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant/medical assistant with completed further training as a coding specialist (m/f/d)

  • Alternatively, you have an equivalent qualification in case management/coding, ideally supplemented by clinical work experience in the field of DRG documentation
  • Sound knowledge of ICD and OPS coding, the German coding guidelines and billing regulations in accordance with the flat rate per case ordinance
