Central Pharmacy Manager (m/f/d)

full-time.

• As Central Head of Pharmacy (m/f/d) you will play a central role in the safe, economical and future-oriented supply of medicines
• Management, organization and strategic orientation of the hospital pharmacies for Helios Germany with approx. 450 employees
• Development and implementation of innovative supply concepts, e.g. drug therapy safety, automation, UnitDose
• Participation in projects to optimize hospital processes and digitalization
• Responsibility for pharmaceutical logistics and quality assurance
• Compliance management of pharmacies, with controlling and adaptation of the internal control system (ICS) as well as the integration of quality assurance measures into risk management
• Participation in the introduction and further development of digital medication systems: master data management, system validation and first level user support
• Definition and implementation of future-proof, standardized processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the pharmacy organization
• Collaboration with internal and external partners, such as IT, compliance, purchasing, medical departments and external suppliers

• License to practice as a pharmacist
• Several years of experience in a hospital pharmacy, ideally with management or project responsibility
• Experience in compliance and risk management
• Knowledge of the implementation and further development of digital medication systems and implementation of standardized processes
• Strong strategic thinking, creative drive and analytical strength
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework in hospitals
• Communication and leadership skills as well as a high degree of initiative
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
