We are looking for a full-time Central Head of Infrastructure (m/f/d) for our Helios headquarters in Berlin at the earliest possible date.

You will be responsible for the central technical management of the Infrastructure division of the Helios clinics. The role comprises more than 80 clinics, 30,000 beds, around 216 kWh/a*a energy requirement and around 4.0 MIO m² GFA.

You are responsible for the strategic development and management of central infrastructure issues. The business division includes the management of the areas of construction, energy supply, ensuring the technical operation of all our facilities, sterile supplies, environmental data and accident management as well as the management of structural innovation management within the Group.

• Strategic development of infrastructure issues within the hospital group
• Technical management and quality assurance of technical services
• Interface management with internal and external partners,
• Development and implementation of central standards, concepts and processes
• Supporting the hospital sites with all technical and infrastructural issues
• Close cooperation with other specialist departments, such as medical technology or controlling
• Direct reporting line to COO

• A completed technical degree, ideally in the field of hospital operating technology, energy supply or a comparable qualification
• Vocational training in the manual/industrial sector
• Several years of management experience in a technical environment within a hospital group, maximum care hospital or university hospitals
• Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as strong implementation skills
• Communication and negotiation skills, including at management level, and a high level of commitment
• Willingness to travel within Germany and proof of measles immunization
