Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• Representation of the ward manager in ensuring the operational process and interdisciplinary and interdepartmental communication in cooperation with all professional groups Personnel management and effective personnel deployment planning, including call-off of employees from the employee pool Responsibility for the implementation and assurance of the defined quality of care as well as cooperation in the development and implementation of innovative concepts Ensuring the qualified practical instruction of trainees, young professionals and participants in further specialist training Implementation of projects of working groups, also interdisciplinary and across professional groups

• Completed training as a state-recognized nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the field of stroke units, ideally with stroke unit training Passion for the profession and strong ability to work in a team Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives Willingness to undergo further training and education
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
