Your challenge:
- Analyze and prepare HR-related data: Collect and analyze relevant HR metrics and transform them into strategic decision-making tools.
- Optimization of reporting processes: Develop and implement standardized reporting structures to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Ensure data quality: Take responsibility for the consistency and accuracy of our HR data and lay the foundation for well-founded decisions.
- Contribute to a new HR IT system: Support the introduction of a new HR IT system and actively contribute to its success.
- Help shape future-oriented reporting requirements: Support the development of an ESG/ESRS reporting system and help shape sustainable corporate strategies.
- Ad-hoc analyses: Respond flexibly to current requirements, create short-term reports and provide well-founded analyses.
- Involvement in special projects: Contribute creatively and energetically to exciting HR projects and help shape the future of our company.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed university degree with a focus on controlling, HR management, data analysis or a similar field
- Professional experience of 1 to 5 years in (HR) data analysis or in similar areas is an advantage
- Professional experience in the field of human resources, in the healthcare/hospital sector is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers and data
- Very good German and good English skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Enjoy helping to shape and build new structures in a dynamic environment
- Very high affinity for numbers and accuracy as well as organizational talent and stress resistance
- Independent and structured way of working with a high level of initiative

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. The annual salary is at least € 50,000.00 gross based on the defined requirements.
