Nursing specialist in social services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Social Services Nurse (m/f/d) from 01.08.2025 part-time (Mon-Fri, flexitime).

• Coordination tasks between all those involved in the treatment process inside and outside the clinic

• Cooperation with all professional groups within the clinic, responsible authorities, offices, institutions and facilities in the health and social sector
• Documentation of all socio-medical/legal processes
• Advice, information and support for patients and their relatives in social and socio-legal matters, in psychosocial conflicts and crises as well as in questions of aftercare and rehabilitation
• Cooperation with all professional groups involved in the assistance process as well as external institutions, services, authorities and stakeholders

• Completed vocational training as a registered health and (pediatric) nurse, geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• Possession of further training in case management or willingness to complete it
• Experience in hospital operations desirable
• The ability to negotiate with authorities, a high degree of flexibility in work processes, the ability to work in a team in a multi-professional setting and empathy for individual biographies
• In addition to sound knowledge of social legislation and basic IT skills, you ideally have experience in hospital social services and in dealing with patients and their relatives
• As part of the multi-professional team, you will contribute to the integration of psychiatric patients in the social context and to the implementation of the normalization principle, including the care of and contact with patients and their relatives
