Employee Fleet Management (m/f/d)

Fleet Management in the Helios Purchasing and Logistics division provides vehicle fleet management services, primarily for Helios companies.

To strengthen our growing team at the Berlin location, we are looking for a full-time Fleet Management Employee (m/f/d) from 01.01.2025.

• You will be responsible for handling the processes from vehicle ordering to delivery and return of leased vehicles, mainly in the passenger car sector
• You will process and manage the legally required driving license checks, vehicle accident insurance and driver training for our company car users
• You maintain and manage the master data of users and vehicles in our fleet management software
• You process the invoices that arise
• You are the central point of contact for all fleet-related issues and act as the interface between all internal and external business partners

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience in the area of fleet management
• Affinity in dealing with vehicles
• Strong customer and service orientation and communication skills
• Reliability, team spirit, ability to cooperate, independence, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good IT skills, driving license class B
