We are looking for you as a quality management employee (m/f/d) to replace a nurse as soon as possible.

• Ensuring and implementing as well as further developing all nursing measures in accordance with the hospital's mission statement and standards
• Risk management as well as error, correction and prevention reports
• Monitoring/tracking of quality targets and their implementation of qualitative measures
• Motivation and implementation of quality improvement measures and projects
• Recording, documentation and interpretation of relevant data
• Random checks in the area of care

• Completed commercial or medical training
• Ideally initial professional experience in one of the areas mentioned or an interest in deepening your professional knowledge in this area of work
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Prudent and independent working style
• A friendly and considerate manner
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
