Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and corporate communications? Join our global Fresenius Kabi Communications team as a (Senior) Communications Business Partner (m/f/d) and drive impactful internal and external communication strategies for one of our three key business areas: Biopharma, Nutrition & Pharma, or MedTech. Based at our headquarters in Bad Homburg, you will serve as the communication expert, fostering alignment and transparency across teams while shaping the perception and reputation of Fresenius Kabi, as operating company of Fresenius, worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our global Fresenius Kabi Communications team, you will:

• Act as a 360° Communications Expert: Be the first and single point of contact for all internal and external communication matters for your respective business area.

• Drive Strategic Communications: Develop and implement quarterly communication plans and other milestone-driven strategies that align with #FutureFresenius and Vision 2026.

• Foster Collaboration: Serve as a vital link between Fresenius Kabi and Fresenius SE Communications, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment on key communication initiatives.

• Create Impactful Content: Prepare internal and external communication materials, including talk outlines, Q&As, and campaigns, to elevate the perception of Fresenius Kabi as a trusted, modern, and leading expert in healthcare and operating company of Fresenius.

• Shape the Global Narrative: Evaluate and establish global communication measures that resonate with diverse audiences while strengthening Fresenius Kabi’s corporate reputation.

• Enhance Visibility: Drive external corporate communication efforts to position Fresenius Kabi as a leader in Biopharma, Nutrition & Pharma, or MedTech.

Your Profile
We are looking for a dynamic professional who brings:

• Educational Background: A degree in Communication Science, Journalism, American Studies, or a comparable qualification.

• Industry Expertise: 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications or public relations, ideally within the (bio)pharma or medtech sectors (corporate or agency side).

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in German and English, with strong writing and storytelling abilities.

• Intercultural Competence: A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment.

• Strategic Thinking and Pragmatism: Creative, solution-oriented, and skilled in translating complex topics into compelling communication strategies.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with common web media and technologies, alongside excellent MS Office skills.

• Personal Drive: High self-motivation, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while handling confidential information with care.
