We are looking for you nationwide at the earliest possible date as:

Senior Manager Accounting Governance & Projects (m/f/d)

• You will report to the Head of Accounting & Controlling and support them in the establishment and further development of central accounting governance and accounting projects
• You are significantly involved in IFRS accounting topics for the Fresenius Helios segment
• You act as a contact person for our subsidiaries, assist them with key accounting issues and independently develop proposed solutions and accounting memos
• You develop precise accounting guidelines and processes in cooperation with the parent company and support the implementation of accounting-related internal controls (e.g. balance sheet reviews)
• You take responsibility for group-wide initiatives, for example on valuation topics or the introduction of new IFRS
• You contribute your own ideas for improving and digitizing our processes

• You have a degree in economics, preferably also business informatics, professional exams are an advantage
• You also have several years of experience in accounting in an operational business unit or in auditing, preferably in the healthcare sector
• You work independently, manage your own deadlines, solve challenges in a focused manner and on your own initiative and regularly initiate improvements with a hands-on mentality
• You feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and maintain attention to detail even under pressure
• You have the desire to travel in order to develop topics on site with colleagues in Germany and Spain
• Furthermore, you score with very good Excel / Office 365 skills, are confident in speaking and writing English (Spanish is an advantage)
