The Talent & Leadership Department in Group HR exists to inspire people inside and outside our company -- to attract, develop and retain talents, supporting them to reach their full potential. As a Talent Partner, you will be aligned with a specific business unit and/or function(s) and an extended member of the respective HRBP Leadership Team. You will be the liaison between the business and the Talent and Leadership Department and responsible for the development and execution of talent management strategies based upon business needs and challenges.
Gain a deep understanding of assigned business/function and the strategy and objectives of the unit(s) to translate learnings into the identification of talent and leadership gaps/needs for respective area(s) of responsibility.
Based on needs, develop and execute a strategic talent agenda, guided by the Fresenius Leadership Principles and in alignment with Group HR frameworks.
Ensure the development and/or use of relevant KPIs to quantify and measure adoption and impact of talent investments, products, and programs.
Lead the preparation and implementation of the succession planning process, including the facilitation of talent identification processes within area of responsibility.
Serve as consultant and subject matter expert on all Group HR Talent and Leadership products and programs, supporting the execution and adoption within business/function.
Act as an advisor for leaders, providing proactive and comprehensive consultation on all talent-related tools, solutions, including career counseling for select employee groups.
Serve as voice of business, providing feedback and perspective into the Talent and Leadership team to influence design of global processes and tools.
Remain current on external market trends and developments in area of responsibility, including options to fully leverage digitalization.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required, Masters or MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years professional experience in global, corporate environment, focused on complex HR projects in talent management, leadership development, or similar
Consulting, coaching and/or business partnering experience, or track record of exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Business acumen, with strong balance of conceptual strength as well as operational strength to translate strategy into practical and pragmatic solutions
Knowledge of various talent assessment and leadership development tools and solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in German and English; additional language capabilities, e.g., Spanish, would be an advantage but not required
Strong social and intercultural competence
Strong initiative with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
