We are now looking for you as an exempted practice instructor (m/f/d) in 60-70 % part-time

• Targeted and professional guidance of our trainees and interns
• Arrangements with the school about instruction dates
• Creating and evaluating the trainees' practical learning tasks and monitoring the progress of their training
• Assigning practical tasks
• Conducting reflection meetings with the traineesPreparing for the practical examination
• Representing and supporting the interests of trainees in relation to their training
• Assisting with quality assurance measures

• Completed training as a health care and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Completed further training as a practice supervisor (m/f/d)
• High degree of flexibility, resilience and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team as well as assertiveness and organizational talent
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment and organizational skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
