Full-time practical guide (m/f/d)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a full-time practice supervisor (m/f/d) to train our junior nursing staff on a part-time basis with a full-time contract.

• Advice, support, guidance and coaching of internal and external trainees, interns, new employees and nursing staff in the recognition process
• Planning, coordination, organization and documentation of the practical training process
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the legal requirements for generalist training
• Actively participating in the selection process and recruitment of nursing trainees
• Reviewing the level of training in the form of regular checks during practical assignments
• Organizing trainee project days, workshops and theme weeks

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable 3-year qualification as well as an additional vocational pedagogical qualification
• Experience in the supervision of nursing trainees
• Knowledge of generalized nursing training
• Very good nursing and pedagogical expertise
• Initiative and organizational talent as well as learning and methodological skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
