As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join our Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund as

Practical Instruction Intermediate Care (m/f/d)

• Imparting specialist knowledge and practical skills in dealing with patients, medical equipment and emergency situations on the IMC ward
• Motivation and assessment of the practical skills of trainees and new employees and their development
• Planning and implementation of practical assignments as part of further training
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with other professionals to ensure optimal care for our patients
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards on the IMC ward

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with extensive experience in intensive care medicine, ideally a completed specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia
• Completed vocational pedagogical training in practical instruction with proof of the annual 24-hour compulsory training
• Experience in practical guidance and practical training, preferably in the field of intensive care medicine, as well as enthusiasm for imparting practical and theoretical knowledge about nursing
• A high degree of empathy, social skills and didactic skills
• Creative ideas and your own ideas for the further development of the practical instructions under the changing legal conditions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to Helios collective agreement as well as company pension scheme, 30-day holiday entitlement, full-time = 38.5 hours/week
