To support our nursing teams in the fields of cardiac surgery or cardiology, we are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Centre as soon as possible as a nurse / nurse / nurse (m/f/d) for our Intermediate Care Station (IMC / IC).

• You will take over the individual, activating, appreciative and holistic care of your patients
• You are responsible for the care and monitoring of your patients
• Your area of responsibility will include preparation, assistance and aftercare for diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You plan and document the care measures of your patients
• You are the first point of contact for your patients, their relatives and accompanying persons
• They implement the nursing guidelines and hygiene standards and work closely and interdisciplinary with other professional groups

• You are a registered nurse (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have already gained clinical experience
• Your strengths include patient-centered communication and strong social skills
• You are a team player and reliable
• You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
