Senior Manager Workplace Strategy (m/f/d)

Your task

• The essentials: You are the application owner for our digital tools (e.g. booking tool, CAFM tool, sensor technology) and develop them further in line with user requirements.
• You will also develop global standards for Workspace & Workplaces (Space KPIs, equipment, Fresenius style guide).
• You will support the global transformation of Workspace & Workplaces in close cooperation with the local Asset Managers.
• You will also support the change management processes during the transformation and develop communication strategies.
• You will work with international and national teams to understand and fulfill the needs/framework parameters.
• You maintain close relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for our committee work.
• You will continuously develop our KPIs and automate our reporting and analysis.
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for national and international service management, as well as for managing projects of the Workplace team with all associated tasks such as user coordination, needs assessment, cost/ budget planning, approval templates, etc.

Your profile

• University/university degree in architecture, interior design, industrial engineering, facility management or similar qualification, or equivalent level of knowledge through extensive, relevant professional experience
• At least 10 years of professional experience in workplace management / digital projects on a global level, ideally in a corporate environment / larger companies
• Experienced handling of MS Office and job-relevant software (CAD, CAFM), affinity for technology/IT and interest in new topics/tools
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• We expect you to be a motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, communicative personality with analytical thinking skills and a convincing appearance with a high level of team competence
