For the start of training in fall 2025 for our Helios Clinic in Hünfeld, we are looking for you to train as a surgical assistant (m/f/d)

• As part of your training, you will familiarize yourself with the wide range of tasks in the OR and in the functional areas (e.g. outpatient clinic, endoscopy)
• You will acquire the necessary special knowledge, skills and behaviors
• After your training, you will be responsible for the preparation, positioning and professional care of patients during surgical procedures, among other things
• You will instrument, assist, organize and coordinate in the operating theatre and functional areas

• Secondary school certificate, (technical) high school diploma or secondary school diploma with at least two years of vocational training
• Ideally a pre-vocational internship in the surgical field
• An interest in medicine and technology
• You are a team player, committed, reliable and enjoy helping people
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Helios St. Elisabeth Klinik Hünfeld is an acute hospital with 158 beds. We care for our patients in the specialist areas of internal medicine with a palliative care unit, surgery, anesthesia/intensive care and in an inpatient department for ear, nose and throat medicine. Our clinic has been repeatedly certified as a local trauma center in the trauma network Hesse/East Hesse region. More than 8,000 inpatients are treated every year.
