Manager Printed Packaging (m/f/d) limited until December 2025

Your tasks:

• Coordination: New creation or modification of packaging materials taking into account international text specifications, design and color

• Organization of packaging information: Close cooperation with market units, regions, Str.Marketing and agencies to bring together different building blocks for label creation for bottles, creams and powder packaging

• Planning management: System-supported implementation and independent review of document and record management in LDMS (Printed Packaging (PPM) processes in the Label Document Management System)

• Process control: Monitoring the transfer of German and foreign-language labeling elements (texts, symbols, barcodes, etc. as layout components in consultation with the specialist departments and countries involved in several correction stages)

• Packaging inspection and approval: checking and reviewing packaging based on defined specifications

• Operational day-to-day business:
  - Clarification of requests and changes from market units and interface between MUs and internal departments
  - Print approvals of international labels to printers and release to quality control for production
  - Independent creation of online carton labels and release to production

• Communication and cooperation: Close and independent coordination with production planning and product coordination as well as quality control as an interface for the provision of packaging materials

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of communication, marketing or linguistics with sound professional experience or successfully completed training in the relevant technical environment

• Detailed knowledge of packaging printing, text design or similar desirable

• Very good IT skills: LDMS, MS Office, advantageous: Colos/Legitronic (online label software), SAP, Adobe Acrobat

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential, other language skills are an advantage

• Ability to work in a team, strong communication and organizational skills as well as a highly detail-oriented way of working
