To strengthen our team in the medical care center in Jena, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) for the gastroenterology department

part-time (approx. 35 h / week)

• Contact person at the registration desk and coordination of the practice process including appointment management
• Telephone patient coordination is also part of your area of responsibility
• Carrying out non-medical activities and assisting with general diagnostic measures
• Administrative tasks such as recording patient data and assisting with the billing of services

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Professional experience in a medical practice or outpatient environment desirable, but not essential
• Experience in dealing with IT-supported processes is an advantage
• Patient-oriented and empathetic way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
