To strengthen our MVZ practice team in the medical care center in Berlin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date, also as a career changer, as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the field of gastroenterology / internal medicine

full-time or part-time

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments
• You organize the internal processes
• Administrative tasks are also part of your job profile
• You act as support in billing management
• You will assist with gastroscopies and colonoscopies and prepare our endoscopes so that you are always ready for use

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training, lateral entry possible
• Experience in dealing with IT-supported processes and MS Office
• Patient-oriented and empathetic way of working
• Enjoy working in a team
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and diligence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
