For our central outpatient clinic in Krefeld, we are looking for you as a full-time, temporary maternity and parental leave replacement at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d).

• Independent work at the registration desk of the respective outpatient clinic
• Appointment management and organization of daily consultation hours and pre-inpatient / inpatient patients
• Ensuring availability by telephone
• Billing for statutory health insurance physicians
• Document management

• Completed vocational training as an MFA (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office programs as well as good writing skills and knowledge of medical nomenclature
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Enjoyment of the profession and the care of our patients
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• No night shifts (working hours between 7:30 am and max. 5:00 pm)
• An additional non-smoking day off and a custom day (Rose Monday)
