Join the Helios team in the southern region as a central scheduling employee (m/f/d).

• Monitoring of deliveries incl. delivery dates as well as optimization of Helios stock incl. stock monitoring with regard to quantity and costs
• Control of the supply chain across all locations with the aim of security of supply, cost-effectiveness, up-to-dateness of the product ranges in cooperation with the purchasing department
• Coordination of operational product range changeover for warehouse and module supply
• Managing the replacement article process in coordination with warehouse management
• Advising warehouse management and supporting the planning of warehouse article disposition

• Structured and consistent way of working as well as communication skills
• Degree / master craftsman's certificate or completed training in the field of logistics or business administration
• Experience in the supply of medical facilities desirable
• High degree of flexibility, commitment and motivation as well as reliability and organizational skills
• Understanding of supply chain processes, knowledge of MS Office and SAP desirable
