We are looking for you as Chief Physician Secretary (m/f/d) at the Gifhorn location as soon as possible.

• You are the central contact person for doctors and employees of the clinic
• They support the chief physicians in the organization and implementation of their management activities
• You will control general correspondence, communication with patients and organize and record meetings
• You will be responsible for the follow-up of consultation hours
• You will be responsible for file maintenance with preparation of inpatient and outpatient chief physician billing
• They organize conferences and events

• You have medical or commercial training and have initial experience in the independent management of a hospital secretariat
• You have knowledge of medical nomenclature and have strong IT skills
• You are an organizational talent, strong communicators and always act in a friendly, helpful and service-oriented manner
• A friendly and obliging manner towards patients and relatives is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy multi-professional teamwork in a team with an outstanding reputation
