Head of Nursing Science (m/f/d)

Conception, planning and implementation of data collection for the preparation of studies in the field of nursing science, research work on various nursing phenomena

Patient and family education at the highest level, nursing rounds and support in decision-making processes in ethically complex situations

Preparation of quality reports and development of quality indicators

Developing, implementing, evaluating and updating standards and guidelines

Close cooperation with our in-house case managers, management and time responsibility for subordinate employees

Successfully completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) and at least five years of professional experience as a nurse

Started or aspired studies in the field of nursing sciences or comparable

High level of professional and social competence, strong independent and structured way of working

Extensive skills in scientific work, strong knowledge of collecting, analyzing and evaluating data

Empathy, professional communication skills and enthusiasm

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
