For our cluster of four Helios clinics in Munich, Dachau and Markt Indersdorf, we are looking for a

Head of Elective Services Management (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• You will be responsible for monitoring all administrative processes, including the inpatient admission and billing of our patients as well as receivables management
• Your team is responsible for informing and admitting national and international patients as well as providing organizational support before, during and after their stay
• You will be responsible for correspondence with private health insurance companies, subsidy offices, patients and relatives
• As an interface to head physicians, administrative departments and nursing and service staff, you will communicate professionally and proactively
• Your tasks will include planning and supporting marketing activities as well as minor sales activities
• With a high customer and service orientation, you will ensure the implementation of the service standards of Helios Privatkliniken GmbH for our national and international patients
• In addition, you will be actively involved in the further development of your private clinic and the optional services areas - in coordination with the management
• Working with relevant key figures is also part of your range of tasks

Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)

Interest in healthcare and ideally experience in inpatient billing

Strong communication skills as well as far-sighted and prudent action with a strong desire to work independently and

independent and autonomous work

Good knowledge of English is an advantage
