As of 01.07.2025, we are looking for a dedicated Chief Physician / Medical Director (m/f/d) for the Central Emergency Department at Helios Klinikum Siegburg

• You will represent your department as medical director professionally, economically and organizationally and have a cooperative management style

• You will be responsible for the organization of the Central Emergency Department and thus also for strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation
• You will also be responsible for the external presentation of the clinic and expanding the network of contacts with referring physicians and the emergency services
• Active participation in the group-wide specialist group
• Further development of structures and processes

• You are a medical specialist (m/f/d) in a field of internal medicine, surgery, anesthesia or general medicine with an additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine

• You have already gained experience in management tasks and see your further perspective with corresponding management tasks
• You know how to motivate your team and have a high degree of resilience, flexibility and openness to new ideas as well as a good sense of economic interrelationships
• You are used to working in interdisciplinary team structures
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
