• Acceptance and administration of patients (SAP, Outlook, logbook),

• appointment scheduling
• Communication with referring physicians and aftercare providers
• Image and findings management
• Service documentation
• General organizational and administrative activities

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or healthcare/nursing assistant (m/f/d)

• Experience in secretarial work is desirable, but not a prerequisite for employment
• Basic knowledge of common PC applications
• Communication and organizational skills
• Binding manners, well-groomed appearance
• Patient and service-oriented thinking and acting
• A high degree of commitment and reliability; ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
