We are looking for you nationwide at the earliest possible date as:

Senior Manager Performance Controlling Fresenius Helios (m/f/d)

• You will report to the Head of Accounting & Controlling and support them in setting up and developing monthly and quarterly reporting to the management and the Fresenius Group function

• You support the CFO in decision-making by preparing data-based reports and recommendations for action
• You prepare the monthly financial statements and forecasts for Fresenius Helios
• You carry out trend and deviation analyses to determine the causes of (plan) deviations and initiate countermeasures, in close exchange with the interface partners involved at Helios Germany and Quirónsalud in Spain
• You take responsibility in group-wide initiatives, for example the business transformation in SAP or the Fresenius Helios corporate program
• You contribute your own ideas for the improvement and digitalization of our processes

• You have a degree in economics, preferably in business informatics, and you have several years of experience in performance controlling in an operational business unit, preferably in the healthcare sector

• You have a passion for the operational business as well as for data analysis & data visualization
• You work independently, manage your own deadlines, solve challenges in a focused manner and on your own initiative and regularly initiate improvements with a hands-on mentality
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and maintain attention to detail even under pressure
• You have the desire to travel in order to develop topics on site with colleagues in Germany and Spain
• Furthermore, you score with very good Excel / Office 365 knowledge, experience in the implementation of data-based dashboards is advantageous as well as a confident command of written and spoken English (Spanish is an advantage)
