The Senior Solution Architect MM, SD, PS and RE-FX (m/f/d) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing process templates and solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. The focus will encompass the SAP S/4 HANA modules for Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Project System (PS), and Real Estate Management (RE-FX), particularly within the context of the Fresenius SE Holding’s legal entities. Your assignments

You will support the design and mapping of solutions within S/4 HANA, specifically:

• Materials Management (MM): Focused solely on indirect purchasing.

• Sales and Distribution (SD): Primarily but not exclusively related to service businesses triggered by the Project System (PS) module and other service business set-ups, e.g. out of group internal allocations.

• Project System (PS): Essential for managing and supporting service business operations.

• Real Estate Management (RE-FX): Currently implemented on the basis of master data only, with potential expansion to transactional evaluations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Requirements Management: Understanding and managing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions while leveraging SAP’s standard configuration capabilities.

• Solution Design and Implementation: Designing, implementing, and testing solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned with SAP standards.

• Documentation and Testing: Documenting requirements, solutions, and testing processes using state-of-the-art tools, with a strong emphasis on achieving a high degree of test automation.

• Go-Live Support: Supporting the go-live process, including all necessary steps, e.g. migration, to ensure a smooth transition and operation.

Additionally, you will have the following tasks:

• User Interface Optimization: Ensure efficient use of Fiori apps to enhance user experience.

• Indirect Purchasing Integration: Explore and potentially implement integration with Ariba for indirect purchasing processes.

• Business Partner Master Data: Understand and leverage the basics of Business Partner Master data management and ideally, understand its integration with Financial Accounting (FI).

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with SAP, including significant experience with S/4 HANA.

• Proven experience in managing and implementing SAP S/4 HANA modules: at least 2 of the following should be covered: Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Project System (PS), and Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

• Strong understanding of SAP configuration options and best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Proven track record of implementing customer-centric solutions that drive business success.

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound judgments. Experienced in evaluating the potential impact of decisions on the business and stakeholders, ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Broad understanding of global markets and the ability to navigate and manage within an international context. Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local needs.

• Effective leadership skills with a proven ability to direct and manage the work of others. Skilled in setting clear objectives, delegating tasks appropriately, and providing guidance to ensure team productivity and success.
