Your assignments

• Design and Implement Master Data Governance:

  • Design and implement master data governance processes within S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Create and manage governance process templates and detailed designs of master data objects, including Business Partners, Materials, and financial objects.

• Requirements Management:

  • Understand and manage business requirements to ensure regulatory compliance, leveraging SAP standard configuration options to meet business needs.

• Testing and Deployment:

  • Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment. Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, solutions, and testing processes using state-of-the-art tools.

• User Interface Optimization:

  • Maximize the use of Fiori applications for user interfaces, ensuring efficient and effective deployment.

• Data Migration Support:

  • Support initial data migration and loading processes for new ERP system deployments. Ensure sensitivity and compliance with personal data, including patient data.

• Information Lifecycle Management:

  • Contribute to establishing a state-of-the-art information lifecycle management system for personal data. Implement data retrieval frameworks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

• Data Sciences and Tools:

  • Apply knowledge of data sciences, including data mining and profiling, leveraging AI-based tooling to accelerate results. Utilize tools for data cleansing, standardization, harmonization, consolidation, enrichment, validation, and monitoring.

• Interface Implementation:

  • Implement interfaces for the federation and distribution of master data to decentralized systems using techniques such as IDocs, web services, and API management.

• Adherence to Clean Core Strategy:

  • Adhere to a clean core strategy, minimizing custom developments and ensuring efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in data management, with a strong focus on SAP MDG.

• Proven experience in leading data governance initiatives in large-scale SAP implementations.

• Strong understanding of finance objects and business partner data in SAP, with deep knowledge of SAP Master Data processes and procedures.

• SAP MDG certification is highly desirable.

• Prior experience within the Life Sciences domain, with experience in designing and implementing S/4H at least in 2 end cycles and 2 different clients, preferably one in the Life Science Industry.

• Knowledge and experience in Authorization Management in SAP S/4 HANA, and understanding of integration points and dependencies between SAP modules and other enterprise systems.

• Expertise in data protection, IT security, and GxP compliance.

• Experience in managing geographical teams and internal/external supplier management, along with strong project management skills and relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, PMP).
