(Senior) Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Global HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of HR processes and programs across our global organization. Reporting to the „Head of HR Functions“, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and values. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of global HR practices and regulations, as well as exceptional communication and influencing skills

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of HR processes and programs, including but not limited to as talent management, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning.
• Conduct regular assessments of HR practices and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters and act as a Business Partner for the global functions
• Partner with global HR counterparts to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive global consistency.
• Lead or support global HR projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function and across the organization.
• Create solid elaborations for decision-making in all relevant HR topics in your area
• Consolidate and analyze global HR data and derive insights and recommendations for actions

• You have a completed degree in Human Resources or similar
• You bring at least 6 years of work experience in global HR roles and demonstrated expertise in HR processes and programs, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations
• You have an excellent knowledge of HR best practices on a global level
• You gained experience in working in international teams and supporting Business Units in various countries
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills and intercultural competence
• Very good analytical capabilities to be able to interprete HR data and derive recommendations for actions
• You have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• You are proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software.
• You are proactive, have an independent way of working coupled with the ability to work openly and trustingly across all hierarchical levels
• You enjoy innovative HR work and are highly passionate for driving current topics forward
• You are fluent in German and English and are open to regular travels
