Deputy Ward Manager of the Emergency Department / Admission Ward (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Representing the head of the admission ward and coordinating the care of emergency and shock room patients
• Ensuring evidence-based nursing care including documentation and coding
• Administrative admission of emergency patients and care of their relatives
• Promoting an open and constructive error culture
• Ensuring the implementation of corporate and clinical goals in the area of responsibility

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or nursing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Additional qualification as a specialist for emergency care
• A completed ward management course and initial management experience would be desirable
• You value interdisciplinary teamwork and put our patients first
• The willingness to work weekend shifts is a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
