At the Helios Rhein-Ruhr-Kliniken - at the Huckingen site - we are offering you a full-time or part-time position as Deputy Head of Admission Ward (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Assumption of the nursing deputy management of the functional area, nursing responsibility as well as coordination, organization, control and optimization of work processes
• Planning staff assignments for the admission ward
• Management and development of employees, including with the help of annual staff development meetings
• Working closely with the medical team
• Accompanying patients before, during and after the examination

• Completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• A high degree of empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility, resilience and an independent way of working
• Enjoy working independently and have a talent for organization and innovative thinking
• You see yourself as part of the team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
